1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aspectfragrances.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Aspect ("Aspect," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
2. Who we are
Aspect is a Cairo-based perfume house offering fragrance products across our full range of 50ml and 5ml formats. Our contact details are available at Contact Us page
3. Eligibility
You must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Egyptian law to place an order on the Site. If you are placing an order on behalf of someone else (for example, as a gift), you confirm you have the authority and legal capacity to do so.
4. Our products
Product descriptions. We describe our products as accurately as possible, including formats, sizes, and pricing. Colors, bottle appearance, and packaging shown on the Site may vary slightly from the physical product due to photography, lighting, and screen display differences.
Fragrance is subjective. Scent perception varies from person to person based on skin chemistry, body temperature, and personal sensitivity. We describe each fragrance's character and notes to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee that a fragrance will smell or perform identically on every individual.
Patch testing. As with any fragrance product, we recommend performing a small patch test before full application if you have sensitive skin or known fragrance allergies. Aspect is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from use of our products; please review ingredient information and consult a physician if you have known sensitivities.
Availability. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a fragrance, or refuse an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing or product information.
5. A note on our fragrance names and references
Aspect fragrances are original formulations, independently created and sold under our own Aspect names. Where we reference another perfume house's product name on the Site (for example, to describe the fragrance family or style a scent is inspired by), this is done for descriptive comparison only.
- Aspect is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the designer houses or brands referenced on the Site.
- All third-party brand and product names referenced are the trademarks of their respective owners, used here solely to describe scent character and help customers navigate our range.
- Aspect products are not counterfeit, replica, or "fake" versions of any other brand's product — they are independently formulated fragrances offered at their own price point, under their own name.
6. Pricing and currency
All prices on the Site are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP / LE) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise at checkout. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
We may run bundle pricing and automatic discounts on the Site from time to time. Current bundle and discount terms are shown on the relevant product or collection pages and at checkout. Discounts are generally non-combinable and are applied automatically where eligible; specific terms are subject to change without notice.
7. Orders
Placing an order on the Site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where we suspect fraud, where a pricing or listing error has occurred, or where a product is no longer available.
8. Payment
We accept payment via Instapay, Mobile Wallets, Telda, card payment through Kashier, and cash on delivery. Payment is processed securely through our payment partner; Aspect does not store your full card details.
9. Shipping and delivery
We ship orders within Egypt via Flextock. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may be affected by your location, courier capacity, and circumstances outside our control.
If we're unable to deliver your order within the agreed timeframe (or within 30 days if no delivery date was agreed), you have the right to withdraw from your order without cost. See Section 10 for how to exercise this right.
Risk of loss and title to products pass to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.
10. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds — including timeframes, conditions, and how refunds are processed — are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Bundles and promotions
Bundle sets ("Build Your Sides" and similar) combine multiple products at a set bundle price, as described on the relevant product page. Automatic discounts applied at checkout are subject to the eligibility criteria shown on-site (for example, minimum quantities) and may be changed, paused, or ended at any time without prior notice, except for orders already placed.
12. Intellectual property
The Aspect name, logo, "This side of you." and related brand marks, Site design, photography, and written content are the property of Aspect (or used under license) and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners, as described in Section 5.
13. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order or payment information
- Scrape, copy, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without permission
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Aspect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, beyond the remedies (refund, replacement, repair) provided under applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Egyptian law, including liability for product safety and quality as guaranteed under the Consumer Protection Law.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts, without prejudice to your right to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
