Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains your rights to cancel an order or return a product purchased from Aspect and reflects the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181/2018) and its Executive Regulations. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Cancelling before delivery

You may cancel your order within 7 days of placing it, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet, by contacting us.

Returning a delivered product

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason, for a full refund or replacement.

• To start a return, contact us within the 14-day window.
• Products should be returned in the condition described in our return instructions, which we'll confirm with you at the time.
• Unless we state otherwise for a specific order, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

Exceptions

The right of return above does not apply to products made or customized to your specific request. 

Delayed delivery

If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed date, or beyond 30 days where no date was agreed, you may withdraw from the order at no cost, within 14 days of the delay or of receiving the product, whichever is later.

How refunds are processed

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 7 days, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we agree another method with you.
